    K-Force Security Services Undergoes SEDEX SMETA 6.2 Audit at GL Printing Sdn. Bhd.  
    On 22nd February 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd was audited by an external auditor on behalf of our client, GL Printing Sdn. Bhd., at their premises located at 29, Jalan Masai, Taman Perindustrian Kota Putri 1, Johor Bahru.

    The audit focused on our compliance with the SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) 6.2 standards, a globally recognized framework for assessing ethical trade practices. The process began with a thorough review of our documentation, ensuring that our operations align with the rigorous requirements of SEDEX and SMETA.

    Following the documentation audit, the external auditor conducted an interview session with our on-site security guards. This session was aimed at evaluating their understanding of our compliance standards and their day-to-day operations.

    On 3rd April 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd underwent a comprehensive audit at Well-Union Metal Sdn. Bhd., located at Plo 123, Jalan Cyber 5, Kawasan Perindustrian Senai Fasa 3, Johor. The audit was conducted by an external auditor, focusing on our adherence to the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) standards as part of the QIMA assessment.

    During the audit, we submitted all relevant documentation to demonstrate our commitment to meeting the stringent requirements of CTPAT, which is a critical element in securing the international supply chain. Following the documentation review, the auditor conducted interviews with our on-site security guards to evaluate their understanding of and compliance with CTPAT protocols.

    On 11th March 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd participated in an RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) audit conducted at ASMPT Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., located at PLO 534, Block 3, Jalan Keluli 3, Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, Johor. This audit was a critical review of our compliance with the RBA standards, which emphasize ethical practices in labor, health, safety, and environmental stewardship.

    As part of the audit, we submitted comprehensive documentation to demonstrate our adherence to the RBA's rigorous standards.     K-Force Security Services Undergoes Comprehensive RBA Audit by CK Lai at Insulet Johor  
    On 21st August 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd was subject to a thorough RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Full Member audit conducted by CK Lai at Insulet Malaysia, Johor. This audit was a key evaluation of our practices in line with the RBA Code of Conduct, specifically focusing on the 17 Nepali security guards stationed at Insulet Malaysia.

    The audit aimed to gather detailed information on various labor matters under Section A of the RBA Code of Conduct. This included a review of the fee structures permitted by both the sending countries and the host country, ensuring compliance with ethical recruitment practices. Additionally, the audit sought to understand the management systems we have implemented and assess the living conditions of our security personnel.

    On 29th May 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd had the honor of being part of a historic event at Insulet Malaysia in Johor, marked by the visit of the United States Ambassador to Malaysia, Edgar D. Kagan. The occasion was the official unveiling of Insulet’s new manufacturing facility, a site designed with sustainable elements to achieve both Green Building Index certification and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification.

    K-Force Security Services Plays a Pivotal Role in the Grand Launch of Insulet’s Omnipod 5 Manufacturing Facility – SilC Gelang Patah Johor.  
    On 13th August 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd had the distinguished honor of providing comprehensive security services during the official launch of Insulet Corporation’s new Omnipod 5 manufacturing facility in Johor Bahru. This event marked a significant milestone for both Insulet and Malaysia’s rapidly growing medical device sector, attracting a host of VVIPs and dignitaries from around the region.

    The launch event was graced by prominent figures including Johor Investment, Trade, Consumer Affairs, and Human Resources Committee Chairman Lee Ting Han, U.S. Ambassador to Malaysia Edgard D. Kagan, and Singapore Consul General Ng Kuan Khai. The gathering of such esteemed guests underscored the importance of this facility, which is set to enhance diabetes management technology on a global scale.

We collaborated closely with PDRM and RELA Johor to deliver seamless security coverage.

    Our primary responsibilities included managing access control, welcoming and guiding VVIPs to their designated areas, and ensuring that all traffic flowed smoothly throughout the event. Additionally, we took great care to ensure that all guests were greeted warmly and their needs were attended to with the utmost professionalism.

    K-Force Security Services Welcomes Visit from KEMENTERIAN SUMBER MANUSIA for Workplace Safety Audit.  
    On 2nd September 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd was honored to receive a visit from the KEMENTERIAN SUMBER MANUSIA, represented by Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan Johor (JKKP Johor), for a comprehensive workplace safety compliance audit. The audit was led by authorized officer Mr. Mohd Ali bin Setam, who conducted a thorough review of our safety protocols and practices.

    The audit was managed and coordinated by our dedicated Safety Team, including Ms. Zulia and Mr. Icuk, who worked closely with JKKP Johor to ensure a smooth and informative process. During the audit, valuable insights and recommendations were shared to help K-Force further enhance its workplace safety conditions.

    This exercise provided a valuable learning experience, allowing us to better understand the regulatory requirements and safety procedures that need to be in place to maintain a secure and healthy working environment.     K-Force Security Services Ensures Smooth Operations at the Opening of The Commune Lifestyle Mall  
    On 10th September 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd proudly played a key role in the grand opening of The Commune Lifestyle Mall, located in Pusat Komersial Indah, Kulai, Johor. This prestigious event marked the official launch of the mall, which is poised to become a central hub for retail and lifestyle experiences in the region. K-Force's participation was instrumental in managing the flow of hundreds of visitors, including VVIPs, government officials, and local dignitaries.

    With a dedicated security team of 15 personnel and 3 experienced officers, K-Force collaborated closely with 7 RELA officers from Kulai Johor to ensure that all security protocols were followed and the event proceeded smoothly. Our team was responsible for managing access control, crowd management, and guiding high-profile attendees throughout the event. The seamless coordination between K-Force and RELA ensured that all guests were well-received and that their safety was the top priority.

    The opening ceremony was a significant occasion for Johor, with Deputy Communications Minister and Kulai MP Teo Nie Ching present to celebrate the launch of this major development. The Commune Lifestyle Mall, with its prime location and unique retail offerings, is expected to draw visitors from both Malaysia and Singapore, contributing to the local economy and elevating the shopping experience for the community.

    On 1st October 2024, K-Force Security Services Sdn Bhd had the privilege of providing comprehensive security coverage for the Chinese football club Shanghai Shenhua FC during their stay at Sunway Hotel. The club, renowned in the Chinese Super League, was in Malaysia for a special event, and K-Force played a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of both the team and management throughout their visit.

    A dedicated team of four experienced bodyguards was assigned to oversee the club’s security, handling all aspects from arrival to departure. Our personnel were responsible for securing the hotel premises, managing access control, and escorting the players and staff during their various activities. K-Force's bodyguards worked seamlessly with the hotel’s management and security staff to deliver a discreet yet effective security presence, addressing any potential risks and ensuring a secure environment.
